Why event-based
One honest meter
Analytics pricing is usually a maze: pageview tiers here, seat charges there, conversion add-ons on top. Servoki meters one thing — events — and includes every feature in the plan that has it. Server-side conversion forwarding, which standalone tools charge €20–100/month for on its own, is simply part of Growth.
For comparison at the 1M-events level (June 2026 vendor pricing): Plausible's comparable volume is around $69/month, Fathom's is $60/month for pageviews alone — neither includes server-confirmed conversions or ad-platform forwarding.

Questions, answered straight
What counts as an event?
Every pageview, custom event and server-side event counts as one event toward your monthly allowance. Dashboard reads, report queries and exports are free and unlimited.
Do I need a cookie banner to use Servoki?
For the analytics front, in most setups no — Servoki measures without cookies and without storing personal data, using salted visitor hashes that rotate daily. For the convert front (forwarding conversions to ad platforms), consent is required and Servoki enforces it: events only leave when the visitor said yes. Confirm your specific setup with your own counsel.
What happens if I go over my event limit?
Nothing breaks — we keep collecting. If you exceed the allowance two months in a row, we email you about moving up a tier. We never silently drop traffic or surprise-bill you.
Is Servoki GDPR-ready? Where is data hosted?
Built privacy-first: no raw PII storage, daily salt rotation, PII auto-masking, consent-gated forwarding with an append-only consent log. Hosting is in the EU. Compliance always depends on your configuration and processing activities — review them with counsel.
Can I try before paying?
Early-access workspaces get a free trial period before any plan starts, and waitlist members lock in early-access pricing.
How is this different from Plausible or Fathom?
Both are excellent privacy analytics tools — and if traffic stats are all you need, they may be enough. Servoki covers that ground and adds the conversion layer: server-confirmed conversions with dedup, revenue funnels and attribution, and consented Meta CAPI forwarding. See the full comparisons.
Can I export or delete my data?
Always. CSV, NDJSON and Parquet exports are built in (Growth and up), and deleting a site or workspace removes its data. Your data is yours.
