Servoki privacy policy
Plain language, because a privacy-first analytics company should be able to explain itself without boilerplate.
This website
What servoki.com collects
Right now, exactly one thing: if you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit together with which page you submitted it from. That's it.
- What: your email address and the source page (e.g. "pricing" or "vs-plausible").
- Why: solely to contact you about Servoki early access. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to anything else.
- How long: until early access onboarding is done or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
- Deletion: email us at privacy@servoki.com and we'll delete your entry. No forms, no friction.
servoki.com runs no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, and no fingerprinting. The fonts on this page load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers; no other third-party requests are made.
The product
How Servoki treats end-user data
When Servoki (the analytics product) launches on customers' websites, it is designed so that the people visiting those websites are never personally identified by us:
- Cookieless. The tracker sets no cookies and stores nothing in the visitor's browser for identification.
- Salted, rotating hashes. Visits are counted using salted BLAKE3 hashes whose salt rotates daily — yesterday's visitor cannot be linked to today's, and the hash cannot be reversed into an identity.
- No raw PII stored. IP addresses and other direct identifiers are not written to disk. Incoming event data passes through automatic PII detection that masks things like email addresses or phone numbers before storage.
- Consent-gated forwarding. Where a customer enables conversion forwarding (e.g. to Meta's Conversions API), events are forwarded only when the visitor has given consent, and identifiers are hashed before they leave.
- EU hosting. Servoki's infrastructure is hosted in the EU.
For data Servoki processes on behalf of its customers, the customer is the data controller and Servoki is a processor acting on their instructions.
Your rights
Data subject rights
If you're in the EU/EEA (and in many other places), you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. For this website, the only personal data we're likely to hold is your waitlist email — and the fastest way to exercise any of these rights is to email us.
If you believe we've handled your data improperly, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
